Perm Girl

Well....she convinced me! After months and months (an entire school year actually)  Kyleigh got her perm she had been begging for!  I was totally against it.  I didn't want it to ruin her hair! She has such pretty thick and silky hair.  I decided that if she was that persistant for that long then she should have her perm. My friend said that he would make sure she got a light perm that would eventually 'fall out' after so long.  I decided this would be the one and if she missed it...we could do it again.

Kaycie had fun just hangin out seeing what this perm business was all about!

General Conference

Justin's parents got 4 tickets to the first session on Saturday morning to general conference. This was my first time going and I have to say it was so amazing!!! First of all the building is beautiful and the talks were very inspiring. I didn't bring my camera but I do have this really pretty pic of the choir that I had gotten from an email awhile back.

After Conference we ate downtown at the Olive Garden....Yum!! I love it there. We had a great lunch and conversation and then headed our trip back to Wyoming to Ted & Dianne's house. The girls had been playing with Kori and Kaitlin all day and had such a good time! Needless to say...they weren't that excited to see us when we got back haha. We ordered Pizza, popped some popcorn and all watched 'Marley and Me' together. What a great weekend!!!

*Engagment Photos*

We had our engagment pictures done by the really talented Brittany Stucki. We went down to the Hurricane area where she had found this really cool spot. There was tall grass and the red cliffs in the background. An old crumbled brick building. I'm so excited to see how they all turned out. Here are a few that she sent us as a sneak peak.

Over the weekend the girls and I went with Justin to visit his family in Evanston, WY. We had such a fun time! His family is so great and it was so fun to hang out with them. The girls had such a fun time with his nieces Kori and Kaitlin. They all got along so well!

Justin's dad also took some pictures of us. He did such a great job, we love how they turned out. There was so many so here is a slideshow to show some of them. :)

I'm ENGAGED!!!!

Justin proposed on Saturday Feb 28th!!! I'm so excited....He's such a wonderful person and he is perfect for me. Aly came over and babysat the girls for me so that we could go out. He took me to the Olive Garden in St. George (Yummy!!) Then we walked around the Temple grounds for awhile. It was so amazing. Then we went up to the Dixie rock. We climbed up to the top where it over looks the city and the temple. I definitely don't recommend climbing this in heels haha. But the view is more than worth it. We just talked and enjoyed the view then played the song 'Love of my Life' by Jim Brickman and he asked me to dance...so we slow danced which was sooo amazing!! After the song he got down on one knee and of course I SAID YES!!! Then we danced again to 'Me and You' by Kenny Chesney which is now our song!!! The whole night was perfect and I am definitley the luckiest girl in the world!!!
