Bitter-sweet

Well we're off to Wyoming and saying goodbye to Utah! Justin got a great job teaching at one of the schools and so we're packin up and movin on! We are really excited to start our next chapter but really sad to leave Cedar at the same time. We will miss our friends and family so much! At least we aren't that far away! I must say there is nothing quite like moving when you are almost 7 months pregnant! I just hope we can get everything unpacked and ready before the baby arrives!

Happy Birthday to my sweet Kaycie

My sweet Kaycie turned 7 today! I can't believe it! She is such an amazing girl! She is so weet and considerate of others. Kaycie has been wanting an American Girl Bitty baby since she got her first American Girl doll for Christmas and we made sure it was the last thing that she opened (of course) and she just squealed when she saw it! She had a lovely party with her closest friends and some family there. Every year I send treats and flowers to the girls class for their birthday. They always really look forward to that!! Its going to be really hard for Kaycie when we move to Wyoming because she has such wonderful friends here in Cedar City. Happy Birthday Kaycie girl we LOVE YOU!!!!

Happy Birthday to my sweet Kyleigh!

Kyleigh is 9 this year.....9!!! I don't know where the time has gone! Kyleigh is SUCH a joy to us and is such a good kid! She is so sweet and thoughtful to everyone. She has developed a love for horses just like her aunt Amanda. This year Amanda hooked her up for her birthday with the cowgirl gear! (belt buckle, boots, etc) So cute! Kyleigh got to go riding and she did so well! Kyleigh also asked for the American girl doll of the year, Lanie. She had a great party with some friends and family and it was a great day. Happy Birthday my Kyleigh I love you so much!!

Wyatt Chance Harwood

Wyatt is here!!! And he is so stinking cute! Amanda did really well. We (Me,Manda & Stephanie) went to see Dr. S and he did an ultrasound. By this time we are all begging him to induce her because she is ready!!! He said she didn't have ANY fluid inside so he had to induce her. He said go home, get your bags and be at the hospital at 1 AM. So finally we did! We of course couldn't sleep a wink until then. When we got to the hospital they treated her like VIP and got her all hooked up and then we all slept a little then Brock made it from California. I don't think he was able to sleep much though. To make a long story short she did AMAZING and about 3 in the afternoon I got the cutest little nephew ever!!! They named him Wyatt Chance Harwood. He was 5lbs 8oz and just 16 inches long. Such a little guy....good thing we brought premie clothes. They were even a little big!! He grunted a little while breathing so he had to stay in the nursery on oxygen for a bit. Steph, Brock and I took turns staying in there with him. Amanda never wanted Wyatt to be alone. The hospital was real nice in letting us trade off. A few days later they got to come home!! They ended up coming home with us and will stay with us for awhile until they get the hang of things. I'll post pics soon!

Sled Rides Anyone???

We rounded up the kids, the quads and the sleds and went out for some fun! We had a blast :)

SnoW DaY!!!

After we were all sick we pretty much had cabin fever!!! We went out front to play in the yard with the dogs and it turned out to be a nice day!!! Finally :)
